I played Dante’s Inferno which was supposed to be a God of War clone. Ok, I have no problems with game clones as long as their gameplay meets or exceeds the standard of the game they are copying. I know this is often not the case but as a gamer, I can hope. I read [...]

More and more happy days with Gray. I need to focus more on my family than everything else. My priority must be family first as I have been letting stress create an unhealthy environment for Deb and the boy. I am always irritable. I find myself snapping and both Deb and the kid. I can [...]

UPDATE: Tom fixed the XBOX M$ engineers need to learn how to affix a heatsink properly. Plastic clips degrade and fans need to move air across the heatsink. Thanks Tom. Well, it finally happened. My XBOX360 has RROD’d (Red Ring Of Death). I knew it was inevitable. The 360 was made in 2006. I bought [...]

Last weekend Deb and I decided to get away for Mother’s Day and not do anything. May is a mixed bag for us personally with mixed emotions on Memorial Day (our Anniversary). As you can tell there is more to this story and it is one of the things that will remain off my website. [...]

I have been busy lately researching hardware to build a new computer (for me, CW, and Ed). The design has been impleneted and the computer went beyond my expectations. I can play Crysis and other computer games with ease. The specs are: MSI P7N Diamond with Q6600 (G0/SLACR), ThermalRight 120 Extreme Heatsink (120mm fan attached), [...]

Well, I caved in and purchased Bioshock. See previous post if you want to know why this statement is worthy of it’s own post and that it is necessary. First of I will reiterate that I still hate online activation and by the looks of it, so do many people out there in internet-land. Since [...]

UPDATE: 2007/08/22 There are also issues with the widescreen resoultions in the PC game. Publishers are the reason for the decay of PC games sales, not Microsoft (well partly due to Vista), Sony, or Nintendo as some people have commented on the web. Consoles are the only option since games for the PC now suck. [...]

Console manufacturing companies have pissed me off…and so has the fucking ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board). Manhunt 2, a game by Rockstar/Take2 has been finished and has been submitted to the ESRB. The game got a rating of AO (Adults Only). This then makes console companies (Sony, Nintendo) fear releasing the product because some retailers [...]

I just bought a Wii on Sunday at the local Target. It is real fun to play. My sore shoulder and elbow are proof. I even got Deb to play. She likes the co-operative games like Tennis over the competitive games like Laser Hockey which is like Air Hockey. I am using muscles I haven’t [...]

Well, I finally reached level 40 with my Warlock character, Mirlat. I have been working for this for some time now. The Felsteed (mount) is now something I can summon. My movement speed is now Base+60%. Running around is so much faster. Being Level 40, the quests I have should be a bit easier. now [...]

I decided to make several different characters within WoW. I have added a Paladin (lvl6-Dwarf), Warlock (lvl3-Gnome), and Rogue (lvl1-Human). I really enjoy playing the Paladin. My main character is/was a Night Elf Warrior Level 23. I am thinking of starting over with the Paladin. I may decide to go back and play my main [...]

I just bought PREY for the PC. It is wonderful. For those in the know, it is a FPS for the PC where you play a Native American. It’s about time a developer decided to use NA for protagonists. The game is unlike any other FPS’s and somehow Human Head/3DRealms/2KGames made the Doom3 engine run [...]

Click here to read an interesting article regarding the PS3. I will stipulate that since the console is not out, any information is speculation. Also, I am planning on getting the XBOX360 tonight.
