New User registration changes

I got tired of Russian bots registering users since I allow anyone to register. This caused about 20+ fake user registrations to happen each month. So now a new user can create their own password, fill in all the necessary info, etc. The only new requirement is CAPTCHA. This keeps my email address clean on the contact form. Now hopefully, it will keep my new user registrations clean as well.
